Returns and Exchanges
- We offer free return shipping for domestic customers (see below for return label instructions).
- We have a 60-day return/exchange policy (from the day you received your product).
- Items can be returned for credit or a refund to the purchasing payment method.
- Exchanges can be made for the same item only.
- Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed — and returned with tags still attached.
- Please note that exchanges can take up to two weeks to process. (We’ll do our best to expedite this process.)
- We do not accept returns on sale items.
How To Get Free Return Label
Email email@example.com with the following info: (Note: changes cannot be made to return requests once return labels have been processed, so please make sure all info is accurate.)
- Order number.
- List of items you're sending back.
- Reason for return (did not fit, unhappy with style/color, received incorrect product, defective, pocket included venomous cobra, other).
- Preference as to store credit, exchange, or refund for each item on the list. (Again, exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size only.)
We'll email over a prepaid return label within 2 business days.
Neatly shove items into a shipping bag or box. Slap the return label on the package and drop it off at USPS or UPS (depending on which courier is listed on your return label).
